QUALITEA – BUILDING YOUNG PROFESSIONAL TALENT
The Qualitea internship program was created with the goal of giving youth who are just entering the corporate world the opportunity to gain experience in different professions that they have selected. Qualitea, who exports Ceylon Tea for more than three decades, is committed to improving effective educational programs that foster business acumen, confidence, and career growth of the next generation.
Throughout the years, the Qualitea internship program has enabled youth of various fields to develop the skills required to deliver meaningful quality results. The customized program provides continuous professional development not only in an individual’s chosen field, but also a glimpse of other functions of the business, offering overall knowledge in the industry. This will enable them to become future leaders both in local and global context.
